Panoramic pictures (also known as 360 degree images or virtual tours) can be used on websites to give a real ‘feel’ for a location, allowing the visitor to actively explore an area rather than just view it as a flat photographic image.

For businesses in the accommodation sector particularly (property rental, hotels, guest houses etc) panoramic pictures present an excellent way of actually showing a potential customer around the room / property and its facilities without them having to move from their seat.

For other businesses, virtual tours of reception areas, offices and conference facilities are useful and attractive interactive additions to a website.
