In addition to full websites, OXLink also provides the opportunity for smaller organisations (currently without a web presence) to join its regional sites, through hosted web pages.
These offer an ideal way for an organisation to have an internet presence promoting their business, without breaking the bank. A custom-designed web page on any of our regional websites could include:
- Company information - products / services, prices, and so on
- Images - this is appropriate photographs and graphics (we can scan most materials)
- An interactive map to show the location of the business (uses the postcode)
- An interactive email enquiry form making it easy for potential customers to get in touch
- Incorporation of pages within appropriate regional information sites managed by OXLink (that is Oxford City, OXTowns, and Banbury Town) including the OXFinder directory site for the whole of Oxfordshire
The web page would be physically part of the website for the town / city nearest to the business it promotes, the advantage being that all the text contained therein then becomes part of the in-site search facility, as well as being indexed on a regular basis by external search engines.
We can also offer extras
- Foreign languages - to date, pages have been translated into French, German, Spanish and Japanese
- Customised enquiry forms with interactive data validation resulting in valid and qualified emails being sent to a nominated address
- Additional pages - making a ‘mini site’ rather than just a single hosted page with us
