OXlink Campaign Manager (OCM) is designed to help you create mailing lists, manage email campaigns and monitor the results of your activity.
We first create your account and do the ‘techy’ customisation stuff which can include:
- Subscribe / unsubscribe forms
- Importing contact details
- Creating standard email templates for different types of campaign e.g. newsletters, announcements, press releases etc
Once we’ve done the ‘techy stuff’ we provide you with initial training to enable you to set up and send your first email campaign.
Create a mail campaign
Create and send great looking emails using the templates with a simple WYSIWYG editor to add the content including:
- Personalised content – e.g address by name
- Forward to a Friend
- Adding tracked links so you can see what interests the reader
- Images
- Previewing the end result
- See screenshots of your email in 20+ email clients (additional cost)
- Testing mail to selected users
- Running your email through popular spam filters (additional cost)

Costs
These cover two areas – initial setup and ongoing usage
- Initial set up, customisation and creation of email templates.
- On an ongoing basis each time a campaign is run there is a fixed cost plus a small charge for each email address mailed
- Payment is online by secure credit card
- Use of the mailing list management, campaign management and reporting tools is all included
- Checking your planned email against common spam filters and viewing the result in the most popular email clients incurs a small additional cost
- Finally, if you send to 5 or less users there is no charge so you can test as much as you like before doing it for real
