We currently have openings for a web designer and an Actinic ecommerce developer. Both positions are for individuals who should be self-motivated, team players and customer oriented. Fitting in with the team is a must, as is the ability to adapt to what needs to be done.
We are keen to hear from suitable locally based applicants with the right skills and one or more years experience in the following roles.
Actinic Ecommerce Developer
As an Actinic Accredited Developer Partner we’re seeking to expand our team and have a vacancy for someone with at least one years specific Actinic experience looking to develop their skills further. You are likely to have developed several shops and become familiar with the customisation capabilities of Actinic.
Our core skill requirement centres on:
- Hands on experince of Actinic
- Knowledge of commercial aspects of online shops
- Knowledge of PCI DSS
- Able to hand code HTML and CSS
- Accessibility and Usability
Desirable but not essential skills include:
- Visual design ability
- JavaScript
- PHP & Perl
Web Designer
Our core skill requirement centres on:
- Well-versed in fundamental visual design discipline
- Code using web standards/semantic markup and CSS
- Knowledge of accessibility and usability issues
- Fluency in either Photoshop or Fireworks
Desirable but not essential skills include:
- Familiar with JavaScript libraries
- PHP and MySQL
- Information architecture
- Development for mobile devices
- Illustrator/Flash
