What we can offer your business
- POP3 mailboxes - individual mailboxes for your office staff or travelling staff (held on the remote server until specifically collected by the client)
- Global POP3 mail - all mail is forwarded to a single mailbox which is then read and distrubuted within your company
- SMTP feeds - direct, instant delivery of mail to your in-house servers for ongoing delivery to your users (delivered immediately to the client - provided the client’s Internet connection is active)
- Mail forwarding and redirection
- MailController - for scanning all incoming and outgoing mail for viruses and spam, prior to delivery
In all cases, mailboxes held with us would have addresses of ‘name@domain.co.uk’ and the domain name would naturally need to be hosted with us. If you haven’t already registered a name please visit our domains page.
N.B: The provision of internet connectivity and email services is part of a package of options we offer to clients with whom we are already engaged in other work (such as website design). We do not normally offer connectivity or email services outside of these situations.
